The defense asked the court to cancel the arrest with an alternative to bail. TV presenters of the 1+1 channel Natalya Moseychuk, Alla Mazur and Yuriy Gorbunov and former Minister of Culture Alexander Tkachenko also came to the meeting to take Kolomoisky on bail.
It is noted that Moseychuk called the decision to take Kolomoisky on bail “a story of humanity” and emphasized that it was a collective one.
I came here to take bail, I am convinced that he will not take steps, will not fake illness, you are on trial for smoking tires, he will withstand everything. “I’m proud that I work for 1+1 and that he is an investor in the channel,” she added.
Tkachenko said Kolomoisky “contributed to free media in Ukraine.”
“He will not oppose the investigation, I know where he lives, his location, and he is ready to bail,” the ex-minister assured.
Gorbunov noted that he has known Kolomoisky “for many years.”
I know his attitude towards family, values, and patriotism. “We know that children, wife, sister and he are not going anywhere,” the actor said.
They were denied the opportunity to bail Kolomoisky.
In turn, Kolomoisky said that he does not blame anyone. He also informed that he was not being tried as a citizen of Ukraine, since “his citizenship was allegedly taken away,” but he “did not give his Ukrainian passport to anyone.”
