In the Kupyansky region, ground and air reconnaissance of the Steel Border brigade discovered attempts by the Russians to fortify themselves. The enemy, building a line of fortifications on the Russian side, penetrated into the territory of Ukraine and began to build fortifications near the border. The State Border Service reported this on September 25.
The intelligence officers calculated the time when there were about 15 occupiers at the observation post and near it on Ukrainian territory, and subsequently the GNSU fighters, together with the soldiers of the tank brigade, pushed them beyond the state border. Several Russians were killed by border guard snipers, while others were killed with tanks and mortars.
Let us recall that on September 10, scouts of the “Steel Border” assault brigade in the Kupyansky direction discovered an enemy observation post on Ukrainian territory, and subsequently destroyed the enemy firing position along with two occupiers. Two more Russians were captured.
