The Government of Armenia provides housing to all citizens without a predetermined place of residence.

Almost five thousand people have been evacuated from Nagorno-Karabakh. The Armenian government announced this on Monday, September 25.

“As of 12:00, 4,850 internally displaced persons entered the Republic of Armenia from Nagorno-Karabakh,” the report said.

It is indicated that all citizens who do not have a predetermined place of residence are provided by the government with suitable housing.

A humanitarian center has been established in the village of Kornidzor near the Lachin corridor connecting Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.

It is known that the total population of Nagorno-Karabakh is just over 120 thousand people.

As reported, on September 19, Azerbaijan launched a new military operation in Nagorno-Karabakh to “restore constitutional order.”

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that Armenia does not intend to take military action with Azerbaijan.

On September 20, Karabakh announced a ceasefire and disarmament. The next day, negotiations began between representatives of the Azerbaijani authorities and residents of Armenian origin in Karabakh in the Azerbaijani city of Yevlakh.
