The President plans to discuss Canada’s continued support for Ukraine with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Ottawa, as well as make a speech before the local parliament.
Zelensky will travel with Trudeau to Toronto, where he will meet with representatives of Canadian business to strengthen private sector investment in the future of Ukraine.
The leaders of the countries will also attend an event with the participation of the Ukrainian-Canadian community.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau today announced that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will be in Canada from September 21 to 22, 2023.
The two leaders will continue to work closely to strengthen ties between states and help the Ukrainian people from Russia’s brutal and unjustified invasion. Canada will support Ukraine as long as it is needed, according to a message on the website of the Prime Minister of Canada.
