The “coup” is allegedly being prepared by people of Georgian origin who are on the territory of Ukraine.
A certain group of people allegedly “planned to cause” “destabilization and chaos” in Georgia in October-December. The ultimate goal of such actions is to change the government of the country by force. The portal reports this Georgia Online in reference to the statement of the Georgian special services.
The report states that one of the instigators was the deputy former Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, and now the deputy head of military intelligence of Ukraine, Georgy Lortkipanidze, as well as people of Georgian origin under him . We are talking about a former member of the guard of the third president of Georgia and a member of the inner circle of Mikheil Saakashvili – Mikheil Baturin and the commander of the Georgian Legion Mamuka Mamulashvili.
According to the State Security Service, the October-December period was chosen for the start of the “coup”. It is then that the interim report of the European Commission and the final report of the EU should be published.
They also said that “the organizers are considering the possibility of implementing in Georgia a scenario similar to the Ukrainian Euromaidan of 2014.”
The Georgian intelligence service also claimed that this plan was planned to be implemented with the coordination and financial support of foreign countries.
We remind you that in Georgia, at a concert of the famous American group Imagine Dragons, a fan was forbidden to unfurl the flag of Ukraine. The woman wanted to carry the flag of our country to give to the artists, or just unfold it during the performance, but the security service of the concert hall approached her and asked her to hide it.
