The administration of the President of the Russian Federation can hardly provide information about the state of health of Ramzan Kadyrov, said Dmitry Peskov.

The state of health of the leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is not a matter for the administration of the President of the Russian Federation. Kremlin Speaker Dmitry Peskov said this at a briefing on Monday, September 18.

“We do not have any information on this matter. In any case, the presidential administration is unlikely to be able to issue health certificates. Therefore, we have nothing to say on this,” he said in response to a request to comment on the information that came out on social networks about Kadyrov’s alleged serious condition.

In response to a clarifying question about whether Kadyrov was in Moscow last Sunday and whether he met with Vladimir Putin, Peskov said: “I can’t say anything either. There were no meetings with Putin.”

Earlier, the Main Intelligence Directorate reported that Ramzan Kadyrov is in a very serious condition. After that, a personal video appeared on the social networks of the leader of Chechnya for the first time two weeks later.

And now the media reported that Kadyrov’s plane was spotted over Moscow.
