The pro-Russian telegram channel PE Sevastopol reports that explosions were heard in the area of Fiolent.
In this regard, “Crimean Wind” reported that in the Cape Fiolent area, initially, there was an explosion in the area of an electronic reconnaissance unit or an air defense unit – they were located nearby.
It was also reported that in Sevastopol, ambulances with sirens rushed towards Fiolent.

The 475th Electronic Warfare Center of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is based at Cape Fiolent. From 19:26, car traffic was temporarily blocked on the Crimean Bridge.
