The head of the Investigative Department of the GUNP in the Kharkov region, Sergei Bolvinov, announced this on his page on the social network Facebook.

It is noted that the morning attack on the Kholodnogorsky district of Kharkov had the following consequences:
- five of the wounded were ordinary civilians, they were taken to the hospital;
- houses were damaged (walls were destroyed, windows were broken);
- a seven-meter crater formed.
