The facts of Yuri Podolyaki’s involvement in organizing missile attacks by Russian troops on Nikolaev have been established.
The security service exposed new crimes of the pro-Kremlin millionaire blogger Yuri Podolyaka, who is hiding from justice in Russia. The SBU press service reported this on September 15.
Previously, SBU officials documented his participation in conducting information and psychological operations against Ukraine ordered by Russian intelligence services. The facts were established by Podolyaki’s participation in organizing the aggressor’s missile attacks on Nikolaev at the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Russia.
To point out the enemy’s weapons in the city, the defendant received intelligence information from his informant – the former head of the Nikolaev District Prosecutor’s Office, serving a life sentence for treason.
Podolyak passed the information received from the officer to his “curators” from the Russian special services. Above all, the invaders were interested in the locations of the Defense Forces and the consequences of the enemy’s “arrival” in the city.
Also, the treacherous prosecutor “leaked” data about Russian prisoners of war and information about daily passwords at Ukrainian checkpoints to the occupiers.
According to the investigation, the communication between Podolyaka and his informant took place through the Telegram channel through text messages.
SBU investigators also informed the blogger of suspicion of treason.
Earlier, SBU officials informed him of the suspicion under five articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Since the defendant is hiding from justice in Russia, comprehensive measures are underway to bring him to justice.
We remind you that earlier the SBU reported suspicion of a pro-Russian blogger, who is now located in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporozhye. He was accused of recruiting agents for the FSB in the Zaporozhye region.
