Journalists from the publication “About Everything” reported this with reference to the register of court decisions.
On his Facebook page, the Cherkash resident accused the country’s leadership of corruption, called for court martial and incited the military to revolt.
Against the backdrop of systematic betrayal of national interests, constant usurpation of power, total corruption and nepotism, unprofessional performance of official duties, which led to a foreign policy and economic crisis, rising prices and a decline in the level of well-being of citizens, the people of Ukraine in accordance with Art. 5 of the Constitution of Ukraine has every right to a premature change of power to preserve the Constitutional system! Away with criminal power! Anti-people regime on trial. IUDO. Art. 5 CC guarantees the right to revolt through usurpation of power. Army with the people? I ask the military to remember the oath! – the attacker wrote.
Experts analyzed the text and found that the publication contained statements expressed in the form of public calls for a violent change in the constitutional system of Ukraine and the seizure of state power.
The accused refused to testify, but repented of his actions.
The Prydneprovsky District Court found the Cherkash citizen guilty and sentenced him to 1 year in prison, but with a probationary period of one year. In addition, the court ordered him to read six historical books about the Russian-Ukrainian war.
