In eastern Ukraine, in the direction of Kupyansk, the invaders did not abandon the “meat” attack tactics.
In the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region in the north of the region, the Russian occupiers are forming Storm-Z units in field camps, consisting mainly of prisoners. The head of the Severodonetsk regional military administration (RVA), Roman Vlasenko, announced this on Tuesday, September 12, on the Kyiv TV channel.
He clarified that the invaders are creating such formations in the Starobelsky district of the Lugansk region. There, prisoners undergo training for about a week.
“After that they are sent to forward positions as infantry in mechanized units. There they are used for attacks under the cover of mechanized troops of the regular army,” he said.
Vlasenko drew attention to the fact that “convicts” were being recruited for “meat assaults,” which PMC head Wagner had previously done.
“That is, preparations are underway, aviation is involved, and then the infantry arrives in waves – under the cover of mechanized units of the Russian Armed Forces,” he explained.
Also, the head of the RVA emphasized that in the Lugansk region the attackers have not yet felt “shell hunger.”
We remind you that two suspects of subversive activities in the Kyiv region have been detained.
As reported, two residents of Kiev “removed” Russian fakes about the war on social networks for money.
