Chernivtsi public transport has introduced an unlimited ticket for all public transport, which will be valid all day. This was reported by the press service of the Chernivtsi Trolleybus Administration.
“The main advantage of a Day ticket is multiple trips throughout the day, as well as convenience and ease of use, as passengers can use public transport as many times as they need,” the statement said.
For now, tickets will only be issued in cardboard form. “This ticket is very convenient to use and can be recycled,” the transport workers assured.
The cardboard ticket will contain a barcode that will be valid throughout the day – from the moment of activation until 23:00.
The initial ticket price is 50 hryvnias. It can be purchased from the driver.
Earlier it was reported that the Kyiv authorities intended to significantly increase prices for travel on public transport in the capital – from 8 to 30 hryvnia. Later, the KGVA ensured that there would be no increase in public transport fares until the end of martial law.
