The UAV was named KH-S7 and was created in collaboration between engineers and the military. The drone began to be developed in the summer of 2022. The drone can normally carry a useful weight of 1 kg over a distance of 7 km, although more power is enough. The maximum Ukrainian military used the KH-S7 was at a range of 9.5 km. The Defense Forces of southern Ukraine reported this on September 10 in Telegram.
The developers claim that the drone’s camera provides the operator with a high-quality image and helps conduct reconnaissance during the mission. And for experienced operators, the UAV is very easy to control.
We placed the main emphasis on its reliability and power, using only top-end spare parts and systems. All components here are from the best manufacturers in the world, with whom we have direct contracts. So our drone is truly a workhorse. At least the guys on the front end already like it,” said a manufacturer’s representative.
The manufacturer is currently scaling the production of KH-S7 FPV drones to meet the existing needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Let us remind you that 25 unique developments are already being tested in field conditions in Ukraine – from logistics to combat, from remote turrets to kamikaze robots. Soon the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive them into service.
