The explosions in the aggressor country “really sobered the society,” but still had no effect on the masses, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate said.
In Russia, no civilians have been harmed by attacks from “unknown drones.” Instead, the businesses of the Russian military-industrial complex were attacked. This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, on Saturday, September 9, writes Interfax-Ukraine.
He also urged people to pay attention to where drones are going.
“These are, first of all, enterprises of the military-industrial complex. For example, recently someone’s drones attacked the Silicon EL enterprise. This is an enterprise that produces basic, say, microcircuits from non- purchased, used in Iskander missiles.
The target selection for these unknown drones is quite understandable. And so it is everywhere. If you check what was attacked in the Moscow region, Tula region, etc. All these are military-industrial complex enterprises,” he said.
According to Budanov, the explosions in the aggressor country “weakened society a little,” but still had no effect on the masses.
“The first signs of a slight shift towards panic have already begun. For example, Russian insurance companies have begun to insure civilians in case of drone attacks. Since not a single civilian was injured, it a manifestation of panic,” he explained.
As Budanov noted, as a result of the attacks there is a constant disruption in the work of civil aviation in the Russian Federation.
“Some airlines have officially withdrawn from Moscow airports and stopped flying there. I think that significant problems will be created in this way. And this will directly affect people. This is a step forward, Budanov added.
As we have already written, in Bryansk, UAVs attacked the local Kremlin El plant, one of the largest in Russia for the production of microelectronics.
