The UAV, according to preliminary data, attacked the local plant of Kremlin El, a supplier of military microelectronics.

Drones attacked an industrial facility in Bryansk. The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, announced this on his Telegram channel on Thursday, September 7.

“As a result, an administrative building was set on fire. There were no casualties,” the Russian official said.

After Bogomaz’s message, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the interception of two drones in Bryansk. One of them was destroyed in the air, the department said.

According to preliminary data, in Bryansk, UAVs attacked the local Kremlin El plant, one of the largest in Russia for the production of microelectronics.

Silicon El is a military microelectronics supplier that the Kremlin has poured billions of dollars into since 2014.

Video from social networks shows a building on fire near the Kremlin El plant.

In the past, the media reported that more than 190 drone attacks were carried out on Russian territory and temporarily occupied Crimea. The latest strikes, targeting at least six Russian regions, are the strongest in 2023.
