In Russia, campaign banners, postcards, and mobile campaign stations have gone into direct recruitment of migrants for the war against Ukraine.
In Russia, migrants who recently received Russian citizenship are forced to go to war. This is on Friday, September 1, according to the ISW report.
In particular, ISW analysts, relying on a number of sources, report that the Russian authorities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory detained 21 migrants with Russian citizenship who were not registered in the registration offices of military and enlistment, and issued 18 of them with military subpoenas.
In addition, Russian security forces raided shopping malls and markets in the Nizhny Novgorod region, issuing military summonses to 50 migrants who had recently acquired Russian citizenship.
Two weeks ago, a large raid was carried out on the vegetable bag of Sofia in St. Petersburg – about a hundred people who recently received Russian passports were brought to military registration and enlistment offices.
Meanwhile, according to local media, despite the war, the influx of migrant workers to Russia is growing. According to the Federal Security Service, in the first quarter of this year, 1,300,000 foreigners entered Russia to work. This is one and a half times more than a year ago. More than 90 percent of the migrants are citizens of Central Asian countries.
Remember that in Russia, fines related to mobilization will increase tenfold.
Earlier it was reported that Putin signed the law on electronic subpoenas, according to which the subpoena will be considered received immediately after it is posted on the personal electronic account.
