Russia has already prepared a draft decree of President Vladimir Putin announcing a new wave of large-scale mobilization. The dictator can sign it as early as the end of September. This was reported on August 28 by ZN.UA, citing sources in the Ukrainian special services.
The date of signing the decree was not chosen by chance. In particular, this is due to the upcoming elections, because Russia will host a Single Voting Day and the negative reaction of Russians to the decree will not affect their support for United Russia candidates. It is also expected that at the time of signing the decree on holidays and vacations, the majority of Russian citizens will return.
The article says that Putin will not only announce the mobilization, but also invite Russian citizens abroad to return home within a week from the moment the document was signed. They will serve in the Russian army for one year.
Recall, the Center for National Resistance reported that in the temporarily occupied Crimea, dissatisfaction with the forced mobilization carried out by the Russians into the occupying troops is growing. The invaders decided to offer the mobilized more benefits, for which funds are allocated from the local budget.
