The head of the Lugansk military-civilian administration, Sergei Gaidai, provided some details on the situation in the region. In particular, he spoke about the state of affairs in Severodonetsk.
It was reported that the Russian army was trying to break the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in several directions: from Zolote, Popasnaya, Kamyshevakhi, Belogorovka.
At the Lisichansk hospital, several rooms were destroyed and vehicles destroyed.
As for Severodonetsk, Gaidai said the Russians had no further victory, the enemy being pushed back from some city streets. Connected to the people in the bomb shelter,
“Overall, the situation is stable and difficult, but under control,” the OVA head said.
The street fighting in the city continues.
It was previously reported that on June 1, the Russians destroyed a warehouse with methanol in Severodonetsk Azot, and they were hospitalized in Lisichansk. In addition, more than fifty houses were destroyed.
