Mandatory evacuation continues in Kupyansky district of Kharkiv region. So far, about 600 people have been released.
About 600 people were evacuated from Kupyansky district of Kharkiv region, including 153 children. This was announced on August 21 by Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko on Telegram.
“Mandatory evacuation continues in Kupyansky district. We are working hard to keep people safe. The maximum possible today. Almost 600 people have been evacuated by the police, local authorities and volunteers, including 153 children, ” he says.
Klymenko assured that the police and the State Emergency Service will remain with local residents. Rescuers and police are rewarded for their service.
Recall that earlier the authorities began mandatory evacuation from 37 settlements of Kupyansky district of Kharkiv region in connection with the intensification of Russian shelling.
