The enemy attacked the railway infrastructure in the Stryi and Sambir regions using four missiles. Five people were injured.
On the night of June 1, Russian troops attacked the Lviv region using four missiles launched from the Black Sea. Details of the strikes were reported by the head of the regional military administration Maxim Kozitsky.
He clarified that in the period from 22.45 to 22.55 rocket strikes were carried out on the railway infrastructure in the Stryi and Sambir regions.
“Four enemy cruise missiles were hit … Rail facilities were severely damaged. Many trains were delayed. Lviv Railway specialists are working to resume communication,” the OVA chief said.
As a result of the attack, five people were injured – three in the Stryi region and two in the Sambir region.
“Four people are in a state of moderate severity. They are in hospitals in the region. Fortunately, there are no dead,” Kozitsky stressed.
Recall that on the night of June 1, explosions erupted in the Lviv region. It was later learned that the occupiers had again hit the region’s railway infrastructure.
