This is stated in the Telegraph investigation.
Shantou Honghu Plastics sent about a thousand drones to the Russian company Samson.
Hems999 and Tianjin Huarong Aviation sent helicopters to Russia. All were received by Helicopter Ural, whose main customer is the Russian National Guard. It is deployed in Ukraine and led by Viktor Zolotov, Putin’s former bodyguard.
Yiwu Wojie Optics Instrument provided about 2,500 optical instruments to the Russian company CEK, which previously supplied such products to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The publication also claims that China exported to Russia products made from titanium alloys, which are the main material for the production of military aircraft and weapons. They were delivered from China to NPP Start, a developer of anti-aircraft missile launchers, and S7 Technics, which is engaged in the maintenance and repair of Russian aircraft.
This comes at a time when China, which insists on its neutrality, is trying to position itself as a key peacemaker in negotiations aimed at ending the conflict, the publication states.
Trade between China and Russia will exceed $200 billion this year, a new record, even as Chinese exports to other countries have fallen significantly. Exports of goods with potential military applications have more than tripled a year.
