The local population is forced to move to the depths of the occupied territories with subsequent “evacuation” to the Russian Federation.
The humanitarian crisis is exacerbated in Ukrainian territories temporarily occupied by the Russians. This was announced on Tuesday, August 15, by the Center for National Resistance of the CNS.
“The Russian invaders in the territories of Ukraine temporarily controlled by them have provoked a humanitarian crisis to make the local population dependent on the “administrations” of the invaders,” the report said.
CNS indicated that prices are rising in Russian-occupied areas, including for food.
“There is also a decrease in production turnover and the sale of products made in enemy-controlled enterprises,” the publication said.
In addition, in a number of areas under the control of the invaders, there was not enough drinking water, and local men were sent to the front, exacerbating the labor shortage.
The Center noted that the difficult security situation and the destroyed infrastructure is an additional factor that prompts the local population to move deep into the occupied territories with subsequent “evacuation” to the Russian Federation, or to get of a Russian passport to receive “social assistance”.
It was previously reported that in the temporarily occupied territories, children as young as 14 are being forced to obtain Russian passports.
