The shootout in the cafe Urzuf led to the fact that the Kadyrovites now want to take revenge on the Russian military, said Petr Andryushchenko.
Kadyrovtsy conducted a shootout with the Russian military in the temporarily occupied Urzuf near Mariupol. It caused the death of at least seven local residents and four invaders. This is what the adviser of the Mariupol mayor, Petr Andryushchenko, said on the air of the telethon on Monday, August 14.
According to him, the shooting took place in broad daylight at one of the cafes in the center of the village. One of the Kadyrovites came to the institution. He acted inappropriately – was in a state of drug or alcohol intoxication. The representatives of the military commandant’s office of the occupiers approached him. Then a conflict arose, which escalated into shooting.
“Other Kadyrovites pulled this shooter out of the hands of the military commandant’s office and hid him in a base in the village of Urzuf. The military commandant’s office is trying to pull this Kadyrovite out of the base and take revenge on his dead colleagues. This battle is not over yet. It will probably end in a cascade of shootings in the same Urzuf “, suggests the official.
He added that the situation reflects the realities of war in the occupied territories. Among the dead were two young women.
The Kadyrovites cover the shooter, and this should not be surprising, Andryushchenko believes, because nothing can really be done for the killing of civilian militants from Chechnya. However, now a battle broke out between the structures of the invaders.
As we have already written, more than 10,000 civilians were arrested in Mariupol. Their places of detention or further fate are unknown.
