The cost of state registration of vehicles has changed due to the increase in the price of blank products.
In Ukraine, the cost of state registration of vehicles has increased due to the increase in the cost of forms. This was announced on August 11 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The comprehensive service for car registration or re-registration includes some payments, in particular, for a certificate form.
“A fresh batch of blank products has been received at a new tariff. Previously, its estimated cost was UAH 312, and now it will be UAH 405. The increase in price applies only in cases of producing a certificate of registration in a physical form (plastic card),” said the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Today the estimated cost of vehicle registration or re-registration is:
- for vehicles of all categories or individual units (with the issuance of a license plate) – 955 UAH (service UAH 200, certificate form – UAH 405, license plate – UAH 350);
- for motor vehicles (there is a license plate issue) – 727 UAH (service – UAH 200, certificate form – UAH 405, license plate – UAH 122);
- for trailers (there is a license plate issue) – 716 UAH (service – UAH 200, certificate form – UAH 405, license plate – UAH 111);
- for mopeds or their individual units are (with the issuance of a license plate) – 698 UAH (service – UAH 200, certificate form – UAH 405, license plate – UAH 93).
Separately, a commission may be charged by a banking institution or payment system.
The department recalled that the vehicle owner or his representative, if desired, can refuse the traditional plastic document and receive only an electronic certificate. Virtual Documents Displayed in Application Diya and the driver’s Electronic Cabinet, is valid only on the territory of Ukraine. In case of rejection of a traditional document, the cost of blank production is not paid at all.
In addition, many service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs still have forms from the previous batch, so they will provide the service at the rate of UAH 312 – until stocks run out.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs is engaged in the eradication of bribery in the acquisition of rights.
