A girl who came under Russian attack in July died in Kherson

On July 31, the invaders shelled the residential areas of Kherson. Then Vlada and her grandmother also came under enemy fire.

16-year-old Vlada Veremeenko died in a hospital in Kherson. The girl came under Russian shelling on July 31, 2023 and received multiple injuries. On his death on Wednesday, August 9, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, said.

“Russia cut off the life of a young Kherson girl. The heart of 16-year-old Vlada Veremeenko stopped in the hospital. On July 31, the invaders opened fire on residential areas of Kherson. Vlada and his grandmother also came under enemy fire,” he wrote.

As a result of the Russian attack, the girl received many injuries. For ten days, doctors fought for his life.

“But the injuries were too severe. Vlada died in the hospital. Heartfelt condolences to the family. The whole Kherson region mourns you. Another angel is in heaven,” added Prokudin.

Recall that on July 31, the invaders fired at Kherson from Gradov. As a result of the attack, one city utility worker died and two others were injured.
