This was announced on August 9 by the People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
Simplification lies in the possibility of using electronic tools and digital signatures.
Among the innovations provided by the document:
- the ability to use electronic signatures (ES) when voting is introduced (amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the association of co-owners of an apartment building”);
- an opportunity is created to participate in the meeting “remotely” (amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the association of co-owners of an apartment building”);
- the majority of votes required for decision-making is reduced to 50%+;
- AJOAHs are exempted from the need to notarize signatures on documents for registration actions;
- the need to change the existing charters of condominiums is canceled.
