Ukraine has applied for membership in the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) and the European Union.

Peace in Europe is possible only after Ukraine defeats Russia in war. On Sunday, July 2, the Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak wrote this on his Telegram channel.

According to him, Ukraine’s membership in NATO should consolidate peace.

“Peace in Europe is possible only after the victory of Ukraine. And membership in NATO should consolidate this victory,” said Yermak.

He noted that the Ukrainian Defense Forces are advancing to the front and advancing, despite the large number of mines and the enemy’s air superiority.

“Every person who wants to see a fast-moving offensive fighter should remember these things, as well as the importance of the lives of each of our soldiers,” Yermak said.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba urged German politicians not to block Ukraine’s move to NATO, as happened during Angela Merkel’s reign.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sanchez, and in the bags of the meeting he said that Spain supports the movement of Ukraine towards the EU and NATO.
