Businesses are encouraged to set tariffs in two stages.
At the first stage (from July 1 to August 31, 2023), tariff changes will be affected by such factors as: an increase in the cost of electricity; growth in the cost of reagents; resizing the implementation. On the second (from September 1, 2023): change in wages; updating the costs of fulfilling obligations under loan agreements with international financial organizations.
The NEURC noted that the tariffs will be raised for Kyivvodokanal. In the capital, the water tariff will increase by UAH 10.75 (including VAT). The cost of one cubic meter of water for the people of Kiev from July 1 will cost 41.136 UAH/m³.
For residents of Odessa, the cost of water will increase from 35.15 to 44.86 UAH / m³, in Vinnitsa – from 25.62 to 47.75 UAH / m³, in the Dnieper – from 31.36 to 38.79 UAH / m³, in Uzhgorod — up to 54.57 UAH/m³.
The consumption of an average family of three people who consume an average of 6.5 m³ of cold water per month will increase by UAH 69.88 per month.
The increase in the tariff in Lutsk will be insignificant – by about UAH 2 per cubic meter.
The amounts in payments for water for residents of the Kherson, Nikolaev and Kharkiv regions will not increase, tariffs will not change there.
This is due to the fact that hostilities continue in these territories, and most of the settlements suffered from the actions of the invaders.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine set a new tariff for electricity for individual and collective household consumers in the amount of UAH 2.64/kWh. It will be valid from June 1 to December 31, 2023 inclusive.
