The UK is creating an innovation fund to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense.
The MoD is urging British industry to accelerate the development of equipment for the Ukrainian Armed Forces by setting up a £ 25 million campaign fund to bring the equipment into the country in the coming months.
It was noted that the competition aims to strengthen the existing artillery, coastal and aviation systems.
The UK has already provided Ukraine with more than £ 2.8bn in humanitarian aid and grants, as well as ammunition including 120 armored vehicles, air defense systems and more than 6,500 anti-tank missiles.
