Currently, work continues on the territory of the former military unit 61732 in the village of Tsel, Osipovichi district, Mogilev region, where the 465th missile brigade of the Belarusian army was previously stationed. The military unit is located 90 km from Minsk.
In recent days, a large amount of information has been received that workers from different regions of the country are brought there with their construction equipment. Satellite images released by Radio Liberty and The New York Times show that Belarus is rapidly building temporary structures at an abandoned military base. The New York Times writes that this indicates the possible whereabouts of the Wagner militants.
According to “Belarusian Gayun”, units of the PKK “Wagner” have not yet arrived in Belarus. The pictures taken by Planet Labs on June 27 show changes in the territory of the former military unit – now rows of objects have appeared there, they may well be tents. The size, color and layout of the buildings are similar to other military tent cities that have been built in Belarus and Russia since early 2022.
