Andriy Kovalyov, a representative of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said on June 27 that the Defense Forces continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol, Berdyansk and Bakhmut directions.
On the directions of Novodarovka – Priyutnoye, Novodanilovka – Robotino, the Ukrainian military were successful, they continue to fire artillery at the identified enemy targets.
Also, the Defense Forces are conducting offensive operations in the Bakhmut direction in the areas of the settlements of Orekhovo-Vasilovka, Ivanovskoye, Kurdyumovka, Severnoye, they were successful, they are fixed on the achieved lines.
At the same time, the Ukrainian military continues to restrain the offensive of Russian troops in the Limansky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions.
The speaker said that over the past day, 590 Russian occupiers, five tanks, 14 armored fighting vehicles, 28 enemy artillery systems were destroyed.
On June 27, the Ukrainian military reported that Ukrainian troops advanced 1.5 km in the Melitopol direction and were making progress. This was announced by the speaker of the Defense Forces of the Tauride direction Shershen.
