The chairman of the meeting of the parish council of the church in the city of Krasilov stated that the believers of the Moscow Patriarchate did not humiliate the family and brothers of the deceased defender, who was buried in the temple.
The head of the meeting of the parish council of the Holy Trinity Church of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine in Krasilov, Khmelnytsky region, Natalia Svistun, denied the information that the parishioners of the MP allegedly shouted “Shame” to the relatives of son of the deceased Hero. and his brothers, reports Suspіlne.
According to him, on June 23, believers of the UOC-MP prevented the actions of the religious community of the Holy Resurrection Church, which gathered for the first Ukrainian service. In addition, Svistun emphasized that the temple was also visited by the revision commission, which should inventory the property of the parish. The commission was accompanied by the military.
He stressed that the comments that are now circulating on the network are incorrect, because no one has shamed the family and brothers of the deceased, who were buried in the temple.
It should be noted that the scandal near the church continued today: the parishioners of the Moscow Patriarchate did not allow OCU parishioners into the temple again. A Ukrainian prayer service must be held at the church doors.
Believers of the OCU were not allowed on the territory, therefore, as Krasilovsky mayor Nila Ostrovskaya said, the parish council of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine of the Krasilovsky Holy Resurrection Church will go to court.
“It was recorded that the premises were not voluntarily vacated. In the presence of representatives of the police, law enforcement agencies, on June 25, an appropriate action was issued and an appeal to the court is being prepared by the parish council. After doing of the Executive Service all this,” Khmelnytsky Krasilovsky mayor Nila Ostrovskaya told Suspilny.
Holy Resurrection Church’s move to OCU began on April 10 and ended on May 30, 2023.
Earlier, the media reported that in the Khmelnitsky region, UOC-MP patrons shouted “shame” at the family of the dead soldier.
