By court decision, property and assets worth more than 23.7 million hryvnias of pro-Russian parties were transferred to the state.
The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal decided to transfer more than UAH 23.7 million of assets of 18 banned political parties and their formations, 53 units of vehicles, 10 items of intellectual property rights- property and 83 items of real estate in the state. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice on Facebook.
According to the Procedure for the transfer of property, funds and other assets of a political party banned by the court, regional organizations, cities, districts, major organizations and other structural entities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on August 12, 2022 No. 896, on state ownership, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine sent more than 4,500 requests to the competent authorities to search the property of banned political parties.
Lists of property, funds and other assets of political parties banned by the court are posted on the official website of the Ministry of Justice.
