The European Union has not been successful in trying to impose sanctions against Russia’s oil imports for a long time.
On May 29, the Committee of Permanent Representatives of EU Member States again failed in a decision on the sixth package of sanctions against Russia, Radio Liberty journalist Rikard Jozwiak said on his Twitter microblog.
“Today there is no agreement with the EU ambassadors on the sixth package of sanctions against Russia. They will meet again tomorrow morning,” Yozwiak said.
He said it was not just about the oil embargo. It turned out that there are those who oppose the ban on Russian purchase of real estate in the EU.
This is not just an oil embargo problem and that is remarkable #hungary asks about more exemptions, there is also disagreement with the ban on citizens #Russia ability to buy real estate in the EU. https://t.co/X9VbheWR1a

Recall that the European Union has not been successful in trying to impose sanctions on Russia’s oil imports, allowing the occupiers to supply their army and support the economy.
Earlier, the media learned that the Druzhba oil pipeline was temporarily excluded from the draft embargo on Russia’s oil imports to the European Union.
