From the moment the decision is made by the country’s Constitutional Court, the political force is considered dissolved.
The pro-Russian party was declared unconstitutional in Moldova coast. It was reported on June 19 by NewsMaker.
It is noted that such a decision was made by the judges of the Constitutional Court of Moldova at the request of the country’s government to review the political force. They came to the conclusion that coast violated the principles set forth in the Basic Law.
It is noted that, according to paragraph 4 of Article 41 of the Constitution of Moldova, “parties and other socio-political organizations whose goals or activities are directed against political pluralism, the principles of the rule of law, sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the Republic is unconstitutional.”
The head of the Constitutional Court, Nikolay Roshka, said that from now on the party coast considered dissolved and the Ministry of Justice must form a commission to liquidate it.
He also added that the representatives of the political forces will continue their mandate, however, as independent representatives of the people who do not have the right to join other factions. The situation is similar with party representatives in local governments at all levels, including Gagauzia.
Remember that the representatives of the pro-Russian party coast repeatedly organized anti-government actions in Moldova to destabilize the situation in the country.
