A fire at the Novocherkassk power plant in Russia’s Rostov region left 364,000 consumers without electricity. This was announced by the governor of the region Vasily Golubev in Telegram on June 14.
“Approximately 364,000 consumers are restricted in the Rostov region,” he wrote, pointing out that socially significant facilities, such as hospitals, were not included in the restrictions.
The governor added that the phased connection of consumers is continuing. According to him, this will happen around the clock.
Recall that a fire broke out at the Novocherkassk State District Power Plant. The power plant has been shut down. Local residents reported hearing a “pop” before the fire.
