This was announced today, June 12, in the evening building of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, according to the General Staff:
- in the temporarily occupied territories of the Lugansk region, there has been an increase in cases of desertion in the “storm-z” assault units of the Russian occupation forces, which are increasingly leaving their combat positions without permission;
- about 25 Russian invaders deserted in Mariupol and Novoazovsk because of the unofficial termination of vacations promised to the occupiers by the Russian military leadership.
In the Telegram channel of the Atesh partisan movement, a message appeared today about a riot of Russian prisoners in the Liman direction.
Russian convicts who were trained in training camps stole a truck with weapons and fled in an unknown direction. During the flight, they killed three military instructors in order to seize weapons. The search for former prisoners continues, Atesh notes, citing information received from the agent.
