Today, 75% of schools in Ukraine have shelters. This is what the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Andriy Vitrenko, said on the air of the telethon on June 12.

“75% of schools, according to our latest information, are equipped with the simplest shelters for the safety of participants in the educational process,” he said.

For another 25% of schools, according to the official, in September, most of them will solve the problem of accommodation, including through construction.

On the eve, it was reported that about 63 thousand shelters were examined in Ukraine, of which a third became closed or unavailable.

Remember, on June 1, during an air attack in the Desnyansky district of Kiev, two women and a 9-year-old girl were killed, who at that time was on the street, trying to enter a closed shelter in the territory of the clinic.
