Journalists of the project “Our money. Lviv” received access to the database of volunteers included in the “Way” system of the Lviv OVA at the request of various public organizations.
It turned out that most of the organizations are associated with the non-staff adviser to the chairman of the WOVA on humanitarian aid and volunteering Oleksiy Shevchuk, and some men did not return to Ukraine.
The list of the most “successful” applicants for the Lviv OVA was headed by the Clean Kyiv Charitable Foundation, which received permission to leave almost 400 men. Among them, the four-time convicted Ivan Mochulsky and the head and founder of the fund Maxim Tkachik left and did not return.
BO “Our good deeds” received 270 permits. The fund was registered nine months ago in Lviv on the street. Lipinskogo, 29, apt. 8, but there is no such house and apartment in the real estate register. Several dozen people left the organization and did not return.
The 19-year-old founder of the Bayraktar Foundation. Denis Sinyavsky is still a suspect in the illegal transfer of men abroad. In November 2022, on the orders of the Lviv OVA, the organization introduced a man to the Ways, who paid 2,500 dollars.
Most of the dubious organizations are associated with Alexei Shevchuk and the Barristers law firm, Our Money. Lvov.
