“I saw the appeal of bastards, scoundrels, murderers and fascists, who allegedly wanted to meet with me. They offered to talk about prisoners,” said Gladkov in a video message .
The governor said that currently the RDK entered the territory of Novaya Tavolzhanka. He emphasized that he believed in the Russian defense forces and hoped that all the rebels would die.
Returning to the conversation about negotiations and the return of prisoners, Gladkov said that, in his opinion, the prisoners had already been killed, but he suggested that the RDK meet on his territory.
“But if they are alive, from 17:00 to 18:00 checkpoint in Shebekino. I guarantee safety,” he suggested.
