Earlier, investigators of the Kyiv police documented the fact that residents were not allowed into the shelter, as a result of which three people died during the shelling of the capital, including a 9-year-old child.
The police interviewed eyewitnesses, victims and medical facility staff. At the scene, investigators seized official documentation and also found keys that could open the shelter from both sides.
