Based on the materials of the SBU, the court arrested the shares of the wife of Viktor Medvedchuk Oksana Marchenko in seven port infrastructure in the Odessa region for a total of almost UAH 740 million.

This was announced today, June 2, by the press center of the SBU.
We are talking about corporate rights in such enterprises:
- JSC “Eximnefteprodukt”;
- PJSC Sintez Oil;
- PJSC “Synthesis Transit”;
- LLC “Ukrloadsystem”;
- JSC “Odesnefteprodukt”;
- PJSC “Black Sea Fuel Terminal”;
- Albion Commodities LLC.
Medvedchuk’s wife owned shares in these companies due to a number of offshore structures, the SBU notes. – The arrest of the relevant property will protect it from re-registration as figureheads and in the future will allow it to be transferred in favor of our state.
The SBU notes that these companies are of strategic importance in the transportation of fuel and other critical cargo through the Black Sea.
Marchenko is a defendant in the case of financing Russian occupation groups. The SBU investigators informed her about the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code (financing of actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine).
For this offense, the legislation provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to eight years. An investigation is currently underway to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.
