This was announced today, June 2, in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Thus, the Russian occupation administration set September 1 of this year as the deadline for obtaining a passport of a Russian citizen with a mandatory written waiver of a Ukrainian passport.
Also, local energy companies report the mandatory re-signing of new contracts for the supply of electricity only with a Russian passport, the General Staff notes.
According to the General Staff, all Ukrainian citizens who refuse to receive Russian documents are threatened with:
- interruption of the supply of electricity;
- deportation;
- confiscation of property;
- forced eviction from their own homes.
