In the occupied Kherson region, Ukrainian documents were confiscated from drivers

The Russian occupiers intensified the pressure on the residents of the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the Russians intensified patrolling. They stop civilian vehicles at checkpoints and check drivers’ documents. This was announced on Wednesday, May 31, by the Center for National Resistance.

It was noted that if the documents for a vehicle or a driver’s license are Ukrainian-style, they are confiscated, and the driver is entered into a “special list”.

“The Russians stop civilian vehicles at checkpoints and check the drivers’ documents. If the driver shows Ukrainian documents, the occupiers will take them, and the owner of the documents is put in special that list,” the report said.

Remember that in Melitopol the occupiers are threatening to force them to take Russian passports. Residents of the occupied territories are faced with a choice: get a Russian passport or die.

It was also reported that in the Kherson region, the occupiers are conducting forced passport raids.
