The new aid will consist of Patriot SAM munitions, HIMARS MLRS, Avenger air defense systems, Zuni unguided rockets and radar-guided AIM-7 air-to-air missiles.

Also recently, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will announce the transfer of hundreds of air defense missiles and new long-range attack drones from London to Ukraine. CNN previously reported that the UK had donated several Storm Shadow cruise missiles to Ukraine, giving Ukrainian forces new strike capability ahead of a counteroffensive. Later, Britain officially confirmed the transfer of Storm Shadow missiles to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
