“In three directions out of six, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations during the day. We are talking about Limansky, Avdievsky, Shakhtyorsky,” said Malyar.
According to him, in the direction of Kupyansk, the enemy is conducting unsuccessful offensive operations. In the Maryinka direction, during the day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 12 attacks on the Maryinka area.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the Russians are not advancing now, but are replacing and regrouping troops.
“Our troops control the southwestern outskirts of Bakhmut. In the north and south of the suburbs of Bakhmut, several days without progress, because the movement of our troops is suspended for other military tasks that are actually underway,” added Malyar.
Earlier, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny raised expectations that a major military operation could be imminent, saying on social media: “The time has come for Ukraine to start the reclaiming itself.”
