On Tuesday, May 30, another transfer of military bodies took place between Ukraine and the aggressor country, the Russian Federation. The bodies of the heroes were transferred from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Reintegration.
Today it was possible to return home the bodies of 79 dead Ukrainian defenders, the department noted.
Officials added that the bodies of the dead will be handed over to relatives for proper burial.
Recall that in May, the search groups of the Commissioner for Missing Persons managed to find 50 bodies of missing Ukrainians. They were found in Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov regions.
