The SBU exposed Russian spies planning to recruit their agent to a defense plant in Kyiv. This was reported by the press service of the SBU.
“The Security Service has identified two more Russian officials involved in intelligence and subversive activities against Ukraine. One of them is Colonel Dmitry Guliy, an employee of the Main Directorate for International Military Cooperation of the Russian Defense Ministry. The other spy of Russia became the Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the aggressor country Vitaly Tekhtelev,” the SBU said in a statement.
