The Council in the first reading agreed on the imposition of sanctions against Iran for 50 years. We are talking about law No. 9333, which was proposed by the National Security and Defense Council and submitted to the parliament by the president.

Earlier, this decision was made by the National Security and Defense Council. It is proposed to completely ban trade operations, stop the transit of resources, flights and transportation through the territory of Ukraine and prevent the withdrawal of capital by Iranian residents. They also propose to ban any investment in Iran and the transfer of technology, intellectual property rights by residents.
The law refers to such restrictions on Iran for a period of 50 years:

restriction of trade operations with goods, the international transfers of which are subject to the Law “On State Control over International Transfers of Military Purpose and Dual-Use Goods”, with residents of the Islamic Republic of Iran (complete ban);

restriction of trade transactions in services related to the supply, sale, transfer, production or use of goods, the international transfers of which are subject to the Law on State Control over International Transfers of Military and Dual-Use Goods, with residents of the Islamic Republic of Iran (complete ban) ;

complete cessation of the transit of resources, flights and transportation by residents of the Islamic Republic of Iran through the territory of Ukraine, related to the operations specified in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of this paragraph;

suspension of the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations in favor of residents of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the operations specified in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of this paragraph;

preventing the withdrawal of capital by residents of the Islamic Republic of Iran outside Ukraine;
-
prohibition of the transfer of technologies, rights to objects of intellectual property rights to residents of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
