A passenger opened the door of an Airbus 321 as it was landing at South Korea’s Daegu Airport. The crew managed to land the plane with a depressurized cabin.

This happened at an altitude of 213 m above the ground, about two to three minutes from landing. One of the passengers managed to film what was happening in the cabin.
There were 200 people on board – six crew members and 194 passengers. According to rescue services, 12 people suffered minor injuries from hyperventilation, nine of them were hospitalized.
Asiana Airlines flight OZ8124 was from Jeju Island, the most popular holiday destination in the Republic of Korea. As it was approaching its destination airport in Daegu and had already begun to descend, the passenger opened one of the doors, a spokesman for the company said.
Now he is in the police. He explained that he simply touched the emergency door lever next to him.
